Project Name
The project name drop-down box contains all of the previously created projects. To edit your project, just select the project name.

Form Design
This menu allows the form designer to edit their form using the following applications:

Form Preview
Selecting Form Preview from the menu will display your predesigned form. Any data entered while you're in the form preview will not be saved .

Data Entry
Data Entry allows data to be entered and saved. When the data are entered and saved the program will automatically create a .DAT file to store the data.

View Data
Below are different items that are in view data.

Edit Data

Analysis
This is the analysis portion of the help.

Fast Entry
Fast entry provides the options to condense or to make your survey easy and simple.

Phone Out
This special option allows you make calls with just a click of a button. For more details click on Phone Out.

Database Info
You can view the datatbase information by selecting the following items from the menu. Click on database info. for more details.
